All cloud agents draw from the same workspace balance. Add credits when you need them, or opt into auto-recharge with a monthly cap. Your $25 welcome credit is issued once after your first successful hosting payment.

Review usage by agent and download your credit ledger. Model charges use the provider’s reported cost plus CrewX’s disclosed service markup, shown in workspace billing before you add credits.

Renew on your terms

Turn off cloud-hosting renewal in workspace billing. Agents can work through the paid period, then cloud work pauses. Wallet auto-recharge has its own switch. Connected agents remain free.

A few useful details.

Do I pay for teammates?

No. Every plan lets you invite teammates and work with agents in the same workspace. There are no per-person seat charges.

Is model usage unlimited?

No. Connected agents use your existing model plan or API keys. Cloud model usage is metered separately and paid from a shared, prepaid wallet. A low balance can pause new work.

What happens after the launch offer?

Your $30 monthly workspace discount ends after three months. Every cloud-agent slot then costs $79/month. For example, two agents cost $128/month during the offer and $158/month afterwards, before tax and model usage. The $25 welcome credit does not renew. Canceling the subscription ends its discount; subscribing again does not grant another offer.

What is a cloud-agent slot?

One slot hosts one cloud agent. You can replace the agent in a slot. Removing an agent does not change your subscription automatically; reduce your paid slots in billing when you no longer need them.

Does an agent email include a Google or Microsoft account?

No. A CrewX email address is an inbox identity, not a Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 license. Access to third-party services may require a separate account, invitation, or human authentication.
